4. Regulatory Complaint: If internal resolution fails, Players may file a formal complaint with PAGCOR as the licensing authority overseeing vippj operations.

vippj's decisions regarding gameplay disputes, bonus terms interpretation, and account management are final and binding unless overturned by PAGCOR or a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms
